F – Apartment FLOW

Apartment F is steps way from the beach (469ft), very spacious (1,373 sq.ft.), just walking distance from Starbucks. The apartment is set up with the basics you will need when away from home, such as central cooling/heating , fully kitchen , dining. 5G Internet and TV provided. You will also enjoy the convenience of having your own washer and dryer inside of your apartment. As a courtesy, we are providing beach chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy a safe time in Miami Beach!. Apt F is located on the 3rd floor walk up, of a very charming building from the 1930’s completely renovated in 2012 steps away from the Beach on 27th Street. I’ll be available for what you need , in person or by the phone . I like to welcome my guests but give them a option of self check in and check out . The most important is to provide my guests privacy and a good time ! We are only steps away from the beach , near to Starbucks , grocery store , but you can also opt for a Publix delivery which is a very convenient service . Surrounded by the bests hotels such as Edition and The Faena district. Lincoln Road Mall is 1.5 miles away. A 16 minutes Uber drive will take you to midtown , wynwood walls and the Miami Fashion District with all the luxurious boutiques and best designers in the world! This is a perfect place to be . All that you come to Miami Beach for is right out of the front door ! You will be nearby everything you need , if you wanna. Go to Sobe or midtown then I’ll recommend Bike , Uber , Lyft , the trolley and public transportation almost at the door . No parking at the property , paid parking available right in front !
