As a courtesy, we are providing beach chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. Apt E with a nice rooftop deck, located on the 3rd floor walk up, of a very charming building from the 1930’s completely renovated in 2012 steps away from the Beach on 27th Street. You will also enjoy the convenience of having your own washer and dryer inside of your apartment. The backyard, Frontyard, and stairways . It is prohibited to access the roof of the property, it is dangerous , the property won’t be responsible for any accidents in case of breaking this specific rule ! I’ll be available for what you need , in person or by the phone . I like to welcome my guests but give them a option of self check in and check out . The most important is to provide my guests privacy and a good time ! We are 3 minutes walk from the beach , near to The Faena district, Next door is the Freehand Miami Beach, 10 mins away from Lincoln Road , 15 minutes ride to midtown and Bal Harbor shops. The right place to be ! I strongly recommend you to use Alternative transportation such as Uber, Lyft, Deco Bike, Free trolley buses and taxis. You are steps way from Starbucks , supermarket and just about everything else in Miami Beach and Midtown. Driving and parking in Miami Beach can become a vacation nightmare. For your safety, please never share you door codes created for you and your guests . If you have a delivery please go at the front door to get it as well if you have a guest please always open the doors for them. Your safety is our priority!
