D – Apartment DREAM

Unit "D" (1,373 sq.ft.) Fully renovated, elegantly decorated apartment just steps from the beach (469 ft), 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Full equipped kitchen , dining table that seats 6 and a great living room. City Paid parking in front, near to Starbucks, and local businesses where you will find a variety of food and lifestyle. Near to the free trolley and public transportation stop. It is the perfect place to be! As a courtesy, we are providing beach chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. Very charming building from 1930 well renovated in 2012 which keeps original hardwood floor , stainless steel appliances, very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our guests ! You will also enjoy the convenience of having your own washer and dryer inside of your apartment. Apartment D is located on the 2nd floor walk up I’ll be available for what you need , in person or by the phone . I like to welcome my guests but give them a option of self check in and check out . The most important is to provide my guests privacy and a good time ! For your safety, please never share you door codes created for you and your guests . If you have a delivery please go at the front door to get it as well if you have a guest please always open the doors for them. Your safety is our priority!
