C – Apartment COASTAL

Apartment C is steps way from the beach (469ft), very spacious (1545 sq.ft) just walking distance from Starbucks and great hotels. The apartment is set up with the basics you will need, such as central cooling/heating, bedding , fully kitchen , dining. 5G Internet and TV provided. You will also enjoy the convenience of having your own washer and dryer inside of your unit. As a courtesy, we are providing beach chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy a safe time in Miami Beach! Very charming building from 1930 well renovated in 2012 which keeps original hardwood floor , stainless steel appliances, very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our guests ! You will also enjoy the convenience of having your own washer and dryer inside of your apartment. Apartment C is located on the 2nd floor walk up I’ll be available for what you need , in person or by the phone . I like to welcome my guests but give them a option of self check in and check out . The most important is to provide my guests privacy and a good time ! We are 3 minutes walk from the beach , near to The Faena district, Next door is the Freehand Miami Beach, 10 mins away from Lincoln Road , 15 minutes ride to midtown and Bal Harbor shops. The right place to be in Miami Beach ! We do not have Parking,I strongly recommend you to use Alternative transportation such as Uber, Lyft, Deco Bike, Free trolley buses and taxis. You are steps way from Starbucks , supermarket and just about everything else in Miami Beach and Midtown. Driving and parking in Miami Beach can become a vacation nightmare. For your safety, please never share you door codes created for you and your guests . If you have a delivery please go at the front door to get it as well if you have a guest please always open the doors for them. Your safety is our priority!
