Very charming building from 1930 well renovated in 2012 which keeps original hardwood floor , stainless steel appliances, very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our guests ! You will also enjoy the convenience of having your own washer and dryer inside of your apartment. 4-min walk to the beach I do not live in the property , but will be available by the phone in case you need ! We are 3 minutes walk from the beach , Starbucks, supermarket ,near to The Faena district, Next door to the Freehand Miami Beach (Broken Shaker), 10 mins away from Lincoln Road , 15 minutes ride to midtown and Bal Harbor shops and 1.6 miles from Ocean Drive. I strongly recommend you to use Alternative transportation such as Uber, Lyft, Deco Bike, Free trolley buses and taxis. You are steps way from Starbucks , supermarket and close to everything else in Miami Beach and Midtown . Driving and parking in Miami Beach can become a vacation nightmare.
